1. Using CFB Recruit

These Terms govern your use of CFBRecruit.com and its recruiting directory, athlete profiles, program research, Fit Finder, Coach Run, boards, and related tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and permission

You must provide accurate information and be permitted to create the account. An athlete who is under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A coach or coordinator must be authorized to act for the school, team, or organization they identify.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your password secure and do not share access with another person. Account requests may be reviewed before product access opens. We may deny, suspend, or close an account that contains false information, creates a safety risk, violates these Terms, or misuses the service.

4. Athlete profiles and program visibility

Athletes control the information they submit, including recruiting details, measurements, production, accolades, media links, and contact information. When an athlete is linked to a school, team, or recruiting program, authorized coaches and coordinators within that program may view and use the athlete profile for recruiting support. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

5. Recruiting information and results

CFB Recruit provides research and planning tools. Rankings, staff assignments, contact details, roster information, and recommendations can change or contain errors. Verify important information with the school or program. CFB Recruit does not represent any college, guarantee recruitment, scholarship offers, coach views, responses, admission, roster placement, or athletic eligibility.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• impersonate another person or misstate your role, school, statistics, or accomplishments;
• harass, threaten, deceive, spam, or contact anyone unlawfully;
• scrape, copy, resell, or systematically export the directory or another user's information;
• bypass access controls, probe security, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code; or
• use the service in a way that violates law, recruiting rules, school policy, or another person's rights.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give CFB Recruit permission to host, process, display, and format that content as needed to operate the service and make it available to authorized users. You represent that you have the right to provide the content.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

9. Service availability

We may update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend features. The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CFB Recruit is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on recruiting information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest update. Questions, account concerns, and deletion requests may be sent to info@ocelitefootball.com.
