This Privacy Notice explains how CFB Recruit collects and uses information through CFBRecruit.com, athlete profiles, coach workspaces, recruiting research, Fit Finder, Coach Run, support, and related services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use CFB Recruit, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, account type, and approval status.
• Athlete information: school or team, graduation year, position, measurements, production, statistics, accolades, recruiting preferences, media or social links, and contact details you choose to provide.
• Coach and organization information: school or organization name, role, workspace membership, invitations, and activity associated with athletes in that program.
• Support and communications: help requests, notes, feedback, and messages sent to CFB Recruit.
• Technical and usage information: device, browser, IP address, security events, pages and features used, and cookies or similar technology needed to operate and protect the service.
• Directory information: program and staff information obtained from schools, public sources, providers, or authorized administrators.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• create, review, secure, and support accounts;
• build athlete profiles and provide recruiting research, Fit Finder, Coach Run, boards, and planning tools;
• connect athletes with authorized coaches and coordinators in their own school, team, or recruiting program;
• maintain directory accuracy, respond to support requests, and communicate service information;
• prevent misuse, investigate security incidents, enforce our Terms, and comply with law; and
• understand and improve product performance and the user experience.

4. Who can see athlete information

Athlete profiles are not intended to operate as unrestricted public social profiles. When an athlete is linked to a school, team, or recruiting program, authorized coaches and coordinators in that program may view the athlete's recruiting profile and the contact information the athlete provides. CFB Recruit administrators may access information when needed for approval, support, safety, and service operations.

5. When we share information

We may share information:

• with authorized users in the athlete's connected program as described above;
• with service providers that support hosting, authentication, email, security, analytics, and customer support under appropriate restrictions;
• when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or another person's rights and safety; or
• as part of a business transaction, subject to applicable law and continued protection of the information.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Minors

The service is designed for high school and college football recruiting and is not intended for children under 13. A player who is under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before requesting an account or submitting profile information. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

7. Retention and security

We keep information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain necessary business records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and deletion requests

You may update available profile fields in your account. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing info@ocelitefootball.com. Include enough information for us to identify the account and verify the request. A parent or guardian may make a request for their athlete. We may retain limited information when required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
